For orders received by 12pm Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch on the same day or the next working day.
We calculate shipping based on the most expensive item to ship in your cart. We do not charge extra for multiple numbers of the same product.
Please note that we will not deduct the cost of postage from refunds unless goods are faulty or damaged and returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure when returning items that they are sent via Royal Mail – standard delivery only. For faulty or damaged items, we will only refund the cost of a standard delivery. For larger sized orders, please contact us via email before you return the item.
